Annual Refresher Training

Although not a legal requirement, the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) strongly recommends that qualified First Aiders and Emergency First Aiders undertake an annual refresher course to ensure their skills remain up-to-date and effective. First aid is a critical skill that can save lives in emergency situations, but over time, even well-trained individuals may experience a decline in knowledge or confidence if their skills are not regularly refreshed. This three-hour annual refresher course has been specifically designed to meet the HSE's recommendation and to help maintain the essential life-saving capabilities of First Aiders.
